Pencils and early logo treatment for the cover of a comic project I’m thinking of pitching to Image and/or doing as a webcomic. It’s about two ladies who go around doing cartography on alien planets in a quirky 4WD Space Rover.

The problem with spiral bound sketchbooks is that you have to tear your pages out to scan them if you don’t want to end up with a bunch of sweet shadows on the edges.

I’m calling this one done after a full sharpie color job. I really want to get that car into Maya and model it out at some point.

Progress on the stickers after I got all my grades finished last night. I think the side is a little bare on the right so I’ll probably add more in thwre

Been working on a character for that Comic that was going to be a Rally-X pitch to shiftylook before the bad news came down about them not being around much longer. I think I will strip the IP references out and keep on working on it. This is the girl that drives the bosozoku style racer in her garage, complete with Sharpie colors and silver paint pen 90s gimmick accents. The stickers are going to be a mix of band logos and racing part brands, and there’ll be more garage goings on in the background. I have been noodling on it a little bit here and there since I don’t have as much drawing time as I once did.

The new rally bike, with the 60s honda front and bosozoku rear. This one has a rotary, I don’t believe that can be a stressed chassis component so I will need to sort out the rear frame

Embracing my inner @robertliefeld while I wait for these tires to get installed. In other news, Sharpie Liquid Pencils are still the absolute worst.
